So many positive things to say. First of all, Scott and his whole staff was responsible, and respectful. Scott helped us find the perfect E-bikes, we were able to receive our Ebike discount with the help of Scott, he knew the process, and best of all, he never pushed a sale. He was kind supportive, helpful, and very knowledgeable. If you want A+ customer service come here, he even delivered our bikes to us!! Never been happier with a decision of a bike and a shop. Best shop to maximize your Denver CAREs e-bike rebate. Being able to support this locally owned mom and pop shop is icing on the cake. Scott and his adorable son were patient and passionate about their products.

All i have to say, is this was the easiest shop to deal with in Denver/Lakewood They truely live up to their name. Purchase an Vivi 26" Mountain Ebike. It was recommended by Scott an let me tell you, this bike is Amazing. I needed minor adjustments after purchase, brought it to the shop an they guys were happy to help. Really made me feel at home from the moment i walked in an the any follow ups after. Best Bike Shop around

Visited on July 9 as part of the Denver e-bikes voucher program. Owner personally spent at least 30 minutes with us talking about the overall benefits of e-Bikes, good things to know, safety, and specific details for the models on the floor. Ended up buying the right bike for me and couldn't be happier. A pleasant experience. I also feel assured that any issues will be collaboratively addressed by myself and the shop if they ever come up. thanks!!!

Great experience with everybody in the shop. It is family owned and it they are all very helpful. We were allowed to test few bikes today and ended up buying 2. 

Bought a 26” Ancheer from them. Great service and easy rebate purchase. Great store with lots of selection.

While I didn't end up buying an ebike from them, they have a great selection and very friendly staff. They offer assembly that is backed by a warranty. Plus, sorry owners if I misheard, but they will also fix the first flat you get. They offer easy test riding that doesn't require a bunch of information to go on. I tested the KGK they sell. And, while it's missing a few features, if you're looking at the RadCity 5, Aventon Level, or Ride1Up 500 or 700, it is just as good and a little cheaper.

This is hands-down the best shop to use the Denver rebate voucher. They had a great selection of price points and types. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. He explained everything perfectly to where I could understand it, and made fantastic recommendations based on what I was looking for. I love the bike that I got, and we will definitely be back in the future for any other bike needs. I'm also glad I could support a Denver family owned business! Check them out, you won't be disappointed!
